Structural calculations, drawings, reinforcement and moulds are prepared in house. Design follows Eurocode 8 (EN 1998) for seismic structures. The same team then produces the elements.

Precast slabs

A load-bearing floor formwork, produced to drawing. Standard width 246 cm, spans up to 700 cm. Ready to place.

On the deck: The slab is the formwork. Shoring and jacking reduced. Standard width 246 cm, spans up to 700 cm.
Underside: Produced to drawing, with a finished underside ready to paint.
Top reinforcement: Metal stiffeners run through the slab so the top bars can be placed directly, without spacers.
