Design and production on the island.
Phoenix Precast designs and produces precast concrete on Sint Maarten and Saint-Martin. Production is local. Clients sometimes assume the elements are imported. Placement is offered on large projects, when required.
Two legal names, one operation
On Sint Maarten (Dutch side) we are Phoenix Precast. On the French side of Saint-Martin we trade as Phoenix Prefab. Same company.
How we work
Structural design to Eurocode 8, production on beds or in moulds, delivery to site. Placement on large projects when required.
Eurocode 8
Structural design is carried out in-house to Eurocode 8 (EN 1998), the European standard for seismic design of structures.
The green-grey
Containers, crane and crew shirts are RAL 7009 Green grey. The orange-to-peach wing is the Phoenix mark.
